Refund policy

The Cozy Nook will accept exchanges for candles that are new in condition. If your candle is lightly used, defective, and/or damaged from the shipping process, please contact The Cozy Nook.

 

All exchanges will have a time span of 30 days from the date in which the package was delivered.

 

Any exchanged products must be sent back to The Cozy Nook with secure packaging, and it's order number - or other if you have contacted us and we have made a plan.
