Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be completed, packaged, and picked up by mail carriers for shipping.

 

Any delays in package shipment, particularly due to Covid do not fall under the responsibility of The Cozy Nook

 

Please be patient with all small business owners and mail carriers during this time, we are all trying to do our absolute best.

 

If you are in the Toronto-GTA area, there are also local delivery and pick-up options available as well. These options do not take as long as shipping with mail carriers, most orders will be packaged and ready within at least 24 hours. Both local delivery and pick-up are completed following Covid safety guidelines.
